RETURN POLICY

If you find a defect or quality issue with our products please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the return and replacement. In the event you purchase a product and decide not to use it in your project, you will be responsible for the return freight and contacting us for a RMA form. All returns must be within 90 days of original purchase date.

All returns are subject to inspection.

Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days.

    • We will not accept any product that appears to have been used, unless OTHERWISE COMMUNICATED to customer prior to return.
    •  Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
    • If parts appear scratched, or damaged in anyway, customer will be subject to a 20% restock fee that will be deducted from any refund.

On all returns, customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges of the original purchased item and replacement item.
Manufacturing quality products is our number one priority next to customer service.  If there is a quality issue concerning any item you purchase from us, we want to know!
