- This crossmember is for RWD applications only.
- The RCS-10 is a direct bolt-in and provides ample room for your exhaust.
- We recommend a polyurethane transmission mount. The GMTM is sold separately.
- If installing a TKO or TKX transmission a slight floor pan modifications may be required. A GMTM-S short transmission mount is recommended for a TKO or TKX.
- In some cases, an RCS-10 installed with a T5 transmission may require a custom transmission mount to maintain proper drive line angle.
- This G Force crossmember is designed to bolt through the side of the passenger frame rail and will not work for the "top frame" configuration, as commonly utilized on S10 Blazer models. See diagram for details.

When you convert your S10 to accommodate a V8, there are always unforeseen issues that have to be addressed. With a G Force RCS10, bolting your transmission to a crossmember and channeling the exhaust off the headers is no longer an issue—just bolt it in and go.

This crossmember is installed with the G Force label facing the rear of the vehicle. However, another determining feature is the crossmember center tube which has a 1/2″ drain slot that is positioned on the bottom and on the passenger side next to the hump weldment.
This crossmember is installed so that the exhaust clearance humps are closed on the top and open on the bottom.
To use the provided 7/16″ hardware it is necessary to enlarge holes in your frame rails with a 1/2″ drill. If you choose to use the stock size 3/8″ hardware, it is strongly recommended to use new Grade #8 fasteners to compensate.
